My oldest daughter came home from school yesterday with her spring pictures and I absolutely love how they turned out! I love how the backgrounds have detail to them these days along with a more comfortable looking pose.
I admit, I keep finding myself drawn to this picture since last night. I look at it and see how fast my first baby has grown. She's just 11 but is so mature for her age that she really seems much older than that. I miss when she was so small that I could hold her in my arms for hours on end and will always see her as my 'baby'. I still call her my 'baby girl', but I also look forward to everything that lies ahead for her. I'm truly blessed to have my family. I'm thankful in so many ways.
