She takes a stand against Bank of America's interest hikes.....

Bank of America rose her interest rate to 30% on her revolving account even though she was never late on a payment, had good credit, and was a customer for 14 years.

Here's what she is going to do about it......

Wow! I would be miffed too if I carried a balance on one of those darn credit cards. We have a balance on a Lowe's card from building the house but it is fixed for the life of the loan. Otherwise I do not carry that kind of debt. I feel sorry for the people who do.

All I can say is wow. I don't know if risking my good credit score would be worth it. I hope her message is heard by BofA.
