I've seen this show before (Most Haunted) but never this footage, very interesting full body apparition...or is it?

I used to watch that show when I lived in England. It would always be on late at night and I always seemed to watch it when my fiance was away for work. It always scared the pants off of me! Our flat was haunted as well, so watching that show didn't help me feel relaxed being home on my own late at night! The life shows were always the worst, where you could go online and watch their live webcams and then phone/text in if you saw a ghost in one of them.
I love watching all of those ghost shows! Some of the stuff they find is really wild.
